Privacy Policy

eDraw is a desktop application. Most lecture content, strokes, images, PDFs, settings, and custom tools stay on the user's computer unless the user signs in or explicitly uses Gemini features.

Data stored locally

eDraw can store board settings, pen/highlighter presets, toolbar layout, custom AI tools, Gemini model/API settings, cached avatar data, and files the user opens or exports.

Google login and account plan

Google login identifies the user and lets eDraw read the account plan managed by the administrator. The app uses basic profile data such as email, display name, and avatar.

Gemini AI

When AI features are used, prompts, selected board images, or generated tool requests may be sent to Gemini. Users choose when to invoke these actions.

PDF, images, and exports

PDFs and images are processed for board display and export. eDraw does not automatically upload lesson documents to a private server.

User control

  • Log out to clear the saved session.
  • Reset settings or delete custom tools inside the app.
  • Do not invoke Gemini features if selected board content should not be sent to Gemini.
  • Revoke Google access in your Google account if needed.
